Referrals
We accept self-referrals.

We will accept referrals from physicians and health care providers at any point of pregnancy based on provider and patient comfort.
We request earlier referral if there are medical concerns in pregnancy. The latest we would prefer to transfer care is at 36 weeks so the patient can meet all of our doctors before delivery.

Referrals for lactation consults can be before delivery or at any point in the breastfeeding relationship (2+ years).
​
Our physicians with special training in sexual health can place an IUD or Nexplanon postpartum at patient request. These can also be placed via the Borealis PCN Sexual Health Clinic
